Where Nikhil joined Computer Hardware Technician course by Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). Decided about making a career in this and understood what it is known to Computer Computer Hardware.

After the completion of the course, Nikhil Nikhil got a job which is very happy for him. It will cost 85000Rs / - per month. Skill India brought a new ray of hope in Nikhil life, still was not satisfied with this job

Nikhil learned his job curry well for 1 year and wanted to do his business, took a loan to start his employment under pradhan mantri mudra yojana and opened his shop to become the owner of the business today.

Nikhil says that he will provide all his services to the field of Hardware Service and that any from the government regarding the same would be grateful to PMKVY. He also wishes that government organizes more trainings programmes to the students and unemployed youth and make them skill full and provide with career opportunities.

Manoj Kumar is a native of  Bansi , Siddtharth Nagar  District.  His education was in his home town; Manoj Kumar always tried to suit up with new trainings and technologies. He showed lot of interest in learning Hardware &Networkingcourses.His interest in Hardware & Networking courses made him to join renowned institute to learn computer services but soon he realized that he could not afford such an expensive course costing Rs.20,000 and decided to stop continuing it. Meanwhile He came to know about the training programmes conducted by Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) through his friends and has approached the organization. There he attended an Hardware Technician programme. He was shocked knowing that the course is entirely free and immediately grabbed the opportunity to join the Hardware & Networking course.

Contact PMKVY: He came to know about the ongoing training programs run by PMKVY in The Unique Foundation. There he participated in an Hardware & Networking event for 300 hrs. It was a completely free course being conducted by NSDC. He decided to join computer hardware and networking courses for better career options there. He then adopted a gaming course because he found it interesting.

About Hardware & Networking: After completing the course of PMKVY had issued a certificate for his future need. Therefore with that certificate and knowledge gained through the trainings he is joined in a Aalankritasloutionsas a System administrator. He is getting 8,500 per month. The hardware & networking topics taught to him in PMKVY like Basics of Computer, Basics of Electronics, Parts of computer, Trouble shooting, software installation, Basic Networking are used in his organisation.Theorganisation is into development by offering its production services to public. It is also planning to render its training services by providing quality training to the students.

When he came to know from his friends that even the beauty therapist in Lucknow Courses are being conducted inThe unique Foundation, which shows that there will be placement opportunities along with freeing the course, then join the course after complete information. Priya Devi carried out the incident with great interest. On several occasions, she volunteered to work as an instructor and learned every aspect of beauty culture and wanted to make her future in Beauty culture & Beauty Therapist sector.

Priya Devi wanted to start his own parlor, but initially faced a financial crisis as it involved a lot of expenditure on equipment and interiors. Then Priya Devi applied for a loan in the bank under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana and got a loan of Rs.200000 / -, from which Priya Devi opened his beauty parlor. Priya Devi is very hollow, because he is able to earn bread for his family, but his ultimate goal is to join thousands of girls like him who are not fit for employment, with Skill India and we one can think that this day is not far away.

My name is Ajit KumarI belong to a very poor family. My parents do hard labour for earning bread and butter. In this adverse situation, I passed my intermediate exams. I came to know about Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission from one of my friend, he told me that after successfully completing the training; a job is also ensured. I discussed with my parents and got myself enrolled at ICA InfoTech Pvt Ltd for Banking and Accounting course. I regularly attended 5 month training course and learned about basics of computers, Accounts, Tally, Grammar and in addition got Personality Development tips . After my training Med Sev Healthcare Pvt Ltd Punjab selected me for the post of System Executive on monthly remuneration of Rs. 12000/-. It helped me a lot in managing monthly expenses of my family.

My name is Sonali devi. I am resident of district Siddthartha nagar , Uttar Pradesh. I always aspired to make my career in computer field but it was difficult for me due to economic restraints and poor family condition.one day I came to know about the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development programme from an advertisement published in a local newspaper. I then contacted on the toll free number of the mission, from there I got the details about the District Programme Management Unit. I went to the DPMU office and collected all the detail about the training programmes running in the district. I enrolled myself for the training in Banking and Accounting course. After completing the training I got a job at CMO’s office. Presently, I am working there as computer operator and earning Rs. 17325/-.

I am Pratiksha Yadav, resident of Lucknow .Like any other youth, I too had high aspirations for making my future bright, but owing to lack of opportunities and proper guidance, I was not able to decide as what should I do. It was the time when the Uttar Pradesh Government launched Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission. Which was then popularised by the District Administration. Cashing the opportunity, I took admission in ICT-web developer course and successfully completed training from KDS Infrastructure Pvt Ltd .I got placed in one of the leading computer Institute Saunit -The success Zone, as faculty for computer Technology. My monthly income is Rs. 8000/-. With the job, my self-confidence has increased and I am working happily.

I am Vijay Kumar  S/O Rohit Kumar , Aged 22 year, I belong to a small village-Hathiyaon Kala, Post-Lalganj, District-Basti. After passing my intermediate exams, I was not able to pursue my studies further due to meagre income of my family. I also did not have any option for employment/self-employment. Then I came to know about the training programme running under Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission from one of my friend, I got registered myself over Mission Portal for undertaking Training for Security Guard (General). After rigorous training of 3 months. I got a job on role of Security Guard at Hyundai Company at NISA, Chennai. Presently, I am earning Rs. 13000/- per month. My parents are very happy. I am thankful to UPSDM for making me financially independent & also for boosting my self-confidence.
