It also helps reduce the skills gap between employer and employee. With the help of the The Unique Foundation, they can easily connect with each other. We will help make India an efficient capital of the world. The idea is to raise confidence, improve productivity and give direction through proper skill development. Skill development will enable the youths to get blue-collar jobs. Development of skills, at a young age, right at the school level, is very essential to channelize them for proper job opportunities. On-job training will help the youth in an environment conducive to understanding the real job environment and while on the job it will also help in studying the problems.
